When RBC cells burst open, is the absorbance high or low? - burst open rina megaupload

When the red blood cells are placed in a hypotonic solution to burst, the cells releasing hemoglobin into solution. The result is an absorbing higher or lower?

My guess is low, as the haemogobin clean solution and placed in the bottom of the tube.

Can anyone confirm? Thank you.

occurs only when more saturated, and when this happens, then absrobancy world to the bursting of the cell high, because they break even, ya dig?

How do we measure hemoglobin - by spectrophotometry. Red blood cells are smooth and the absorbance of the solution is measured, usually at 540 nm lysing cells provides a greater absorption of intact cells settle out of solution over time. RBC stroma have little effect on the absorption of scattered, while the intact cells and a large amount of light.

Due to the hypotonic solution as pure as the norm, I think it will be increased.

Hemoglobin is released into the environment, but do not leave so quickly. As for the ghosts from red blood cells, also grew.
